Right from Indiana Jones, a delicious blood red soup with eyeballs in it! :evillaugh: 
But seriously, it's just a red beets puree with some cream and some broth, with little mozzarella and slices of olives. And I love red beets (I literally ate them all the time when I was a kid), so... eat your veggies and be healthy while being spooky and gross? I'm on board!!! :thumbsup:
