Like a chubby butterfly

Always on a diet. Always difficult. Always funny! 

Helen and Kiri are back! XD 
An old comic I managed to color just recently, sorry for all the flaws in the drawings! >///<
Experimenting with comics without dialogs. Helen was used to do sport before moving to Johannesburg and work in an association to help the 'prawns', but with her work in the District 9, in the lab and her boyfriend (and girlfriend, since these aliens are hermaphrodite) Kiri, this girl has not much time to go to the gym, so she gains weight easier than in the past... and she doesn't like it. 
Kiri isn't very helpful, since for his species all humans are chubby, and he even considers her chubbiness like something sexy! XD
So Helen tries training at home, lifting weights, using a balance board (not very easy when a happy cat makes you lose your balance every few minutes!), watching aerobics dvds and trying to follow a strict diet (even less easy when you have invited your boyfriend to eat and he is eating a lot of delicacies in your face! )
The straw to break the camel's back is when Kiri sees Helen training with the gym ball and he can't help but laugh because the girlfriend looks like one of those funny caterpillars which move bending in two... such a pity Helen is a biologist and knows lepidoptera spend their whole juvenile stage eating. All. The. Time.
Luckily Kiri is fast enough to remedy and tells to the enraged mate a caterpillar stays like that just for a while, then it turns into a pretty and graceful butterfly. Kiri, you sly prawn! XD

Helen's white mug says: 'Feed me and tell I'm pretty'
In the panel with a very pissed off tough Helen: 'Rugby player grit power up!'
In the aerobics panel she is very puzzled: 'But where I have to go? Right or left?'
In the abs panel her tank top says: 'Eat clean. Train dirty.'
